Footnotes (uwagi)

Kraje i narodowości piszemy wielkimi literami. Przed krajami nie stawiamy przedimków poza, oczywiście, kilkoma wyjątkami :) - the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, the Philippines (generalnie wtedy, gdy nazwa kraju ma liczbę mnogą albo jeśli wskazuje na to, że kraj składa się z części - the States, The Union, The Kingdom, The Republic etc.)
